Social media really got a big roll in business and i agree in your article,in Finland country most of the call center and contact center services do also some social media thing which is really got a good benefits from it.

I have seen a good amount of success when businesses use social media to increase their presence in consumers minds. I agree with Kauppila, call center services are expanding their customer numbers by offering outbound social services. The only problem is that there are so many business already doing this, so if you are just starting you will have to build a social following.
